5-habits I have solidified (sports, playing the guitar, reading news & books, writing (blog, poetry, concept or journal) and filmmaking (storyboard drawing, seeing a movie or making a video))
Having depression as a superpower I have learned that structure is very important for establishing a connection and control over my superpower.
As I go and practice I will also talk about the tools I use for engineering habits, resisting temptations and staying in the present.
